I have spent countless hours, days, weeks, months, and now years learning how to master social media for my bakery business. I have studied how to not only gain followers, but to convert those followers into paying customers, and I want to help you learn to brand your bakery on social media.

As I have started to share my knowledge and talk to others about what I have learned, I have discovered that there are many small business owners who just don’t know how to harness the power for social media to help them convert fans into actual paying customers. 

Through this I have discovered that it is just plan selfish of me to keep all this knowledge to myself. It is not fair to have this knowledge and not share it with other new or struggling businesses especially when we have a mission to help lift of others in our industry. 

I have also learned that even seasoned business owners do not always know how or what to do with social media. This has been even more apparent in light of the current shutdown and pandemic. 

As business owners, let’s be real we have had to (here comes the dreaded word of 2020) learn to pivot and shift our business to stay open during such a crazy chaotic time. Many of us had to shift from in person and direct sales and marketing. 

It has been more important than ever to harness the power of community and social media for our marketing strategy. Many business owners had to learn the hard way that you cannot keep the doors open on likes alone. You need paying customers and you need to convert those likes and followers into paying customers to be successful. 

That is why I created my course. I created the course to help those who are struggling. Most of us know how to use social media and most of us know how important social media can be in marketing, but actually making social media work for your business can be harder to understand. 

That is why we want to help. We have created 4 main modules so that you can get started with Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter. Plus, we have included (at this time) 16 bonus videos to help you level up your social media plan. 

Now, I know you have already tried to post consistently on all the social media. I know how overwhelming that is. Nobody has time to sit and create posts over and over again to be consistent on social media. There is just not enough time in the day. 

I know what you are thinking “it is easy to do all of that when you went to school for it.” As I am sure it is, but I didn’t go to school for social media. I do not have a degree in marketing, nor do I have a business degree. I am self-taught entrepreneur just doing the things that need to be done to grow her business

“Oh, but you already know social media since you are a millennial and all.” Ha, if only that was true. Prior to starting my business, I only used Facebook and of course Pinterest (how did life exist before Pinterest?). 

Once I started my business, I still only used Pinterest and Facebook, but knew it was important to learn how to use both IG and Twitter. In the beginning of my social media journey, I even sent an email to my email list stating how we don’t use IG as much to gain orders, but more to help educate on baking tips and running our bakery business. 

As I used the platform more and more, I started to understand how to engage and build community in IG. Now, it is one of our top converting social media. The same is true for Twitter. I still don’t actually use Twitter personally. It is just loud and as an introvert that is just too overwhelming to me, but I still use it for my business. 

Speaking of introvert, I bet you think I am an extrovert. I actually get told all the time that there is no way I am an introvert. Why? Because I go live in my business on Facebook every week and have done so since we started our business. 

Yes, every week. I know you think there is no way you can do that, but you can. I actually talk all about going live and overcoming your fears in the course. I really do want to help you get better.
