Pie me up Scotty. Ok, that is not really a saying, but it is in our book. Pie is one of those traditional holiday desserts that just screams “Home Sweet Home.” However, we have discovered that many people do not know how to make flakey, delicious, homemade pie crust. It seems to be a lost art.
We think everyone should love and eat pie. That is why we created this blog post with an instruction video on how to make pie here. We even created a post here on the most important things to remember when making your pie.

We have partnered with a local coffee shop to provide our customers a convenient way to provide coffee for events. All coffee orders include cups, creamer, and sugar packets.

Can I only order from one menu?
No, this menu just has our pie, but we offer several different dessert options. Take a look at our dessert and pie menu. If you are looking for something specific, then send us an email at ordering@perfectlypastry.com or chat with us below. Click the “Let’s Chat!” box to discuss your ideas.
Do you have a storefront?
Yes, we do have a retail space. You may pick your order up at 201 N Main St., Waterloo, IL 62298. We are open Tuesday- Saturday from 730am -2pm.
Can I request a customized order?
We never want to say no to a challenge, but there are times when we cannot accommodate your requests. We are so sorry about that. However, reach out to us and let us know what you want. Then we will look at our schedule, products, and recipes to see if we can accommodate your requests. Please email all special requests to ordering@perfectlypastry.com.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
All customer orders must be placed 7 days in advance. Orders will not be started until payment is received. If payment is not received 7 days prior to the pick up/delivery date, then the order will be canceled. You will receive a cancellation email. If you need the items sooner than 7 days, please contact us ordering@perfectlypastry.com, 636-422-3299, or chat option. We will do what we can to work with you to get the order scheduled.
How do I order?

Do you do catering for weddings, corporate events, or venue events?
Yes, we cater any event. We require a 35% deposit to hold the date. Final payment is required 7 days in advance of pick up or deliver. If the final payment is not received within 7 days of the scheduled pick up/delivery, you will receive an email letting you know your order will be cancelled.
Catering orders can be cancelled prior to the week before pick up/delivery, but the deposit will not be returned. No refunds for cancellations within the 7 days of pick up/delivery for all catering orders.
Do you need a decorated cake for your event?
If so, have you thought about trying our delicious cupcakes instead? Our cupcakes are more than enough to replace a silly cake, but if you are adamant about a cake, then you will have to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, we do not bake cakes at this time. We are looking to expand our services and are working hard to get a chef trained for cake services. Keep checking back for updates on our progress.
Do you do weddings?
Weddings. Oh, the big wedding question. We currently will do cupcakes, cheesecakes, gooey butter cakes, cookie cakes, and pies for weddings. We also prepare breakfast catering for the morning of the wedding. So many brides forget that they need to plan to feed the bridal party on the BIG Day before the wedding starts.
